Revoke a commited transaction

(Querist) 19 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
I had a freehold property in delhi in my name. My bother was looking after me properly and so i asked him to get the property transferred on his name as i have no legal heirs. My brother prepared a sale deed and in the deed mention that i had accepted consideration amount from him to sell the property. The deed was with proper stamp duty paid and registered in sub registrar office signed by me. Though there was no consideration paid in actual at that time and in good faith yet i signed the deed.

Now after many years the behavior of my brother changed and not caring me at all.

Is it possible i can revoke that property transaction done by me in good faith? What is the best option for me.

Once the sale deed been created and got registered then it is acceptable agreement. Anyhow better to seek local lawyer and find any point to get back your propery. What is in sale deed. Is any point mentioned about consideration

In sale deed, it is mention that i have accepted consideration amount as full and final settlement of the said property and nothing is left due out of it, admitted by vendor and vendee before sub-registrar delhi.

Sorry for being late in asking last advice from you experts.

Which option in this case is better from your opinion.

Chances of getting back property through filing legal suit

versus

maintaing a coordial relation with brother and don't file any legal court case.
