SIR,
If I am a ParaMilitary Employee and if a Common Grievance regarding every employee is rejected by Departement and my MHA can we file a Case against the Decision. Is there any rule in which Paramilitary personnel cant file case against Govt decision and can a single employee can file a case for a common grievance, is it became indiscipline action, if can HOW? Expect an Expert opinion.

You can file service greivance. Not only para military but military persons are also filing court cases. It is not against discipline.

vinoj! You have not told in which para military service you work and what is your actual grievance. There are separate service rules for all para military force such as BSF, CRPF, ITBP, AR, CG, RPPF, ISPF etc.
Generally there is a provision of filing departmental appeals. You should exhaust all such opportunities and if become fail to get justice then you can approach courts.
You are also intimated that there is limited period to prefer departmental appeals so enquire in depth from your office about the appeal and its time. If you provide me details then you can also be guided here.

SIR.
I am working in CRPF in which Risk Allowance is granted to us other than Pay. But we are frequently sent for temporary duties away from our HQ for continous days. According to Central Govt Travelling Allowance Rules every CENT GOVT Servant who were sent for duties more than 08KM away from HQ for more than 12hrs is eligible for TA. But the Departement and MHA denied our Claim in the pretext that employees who draw Risk Allowance will not be entitled for TA if they were sent for Duties anywhere.An another interesting matter is also that our clerical staff who work in the office for stipulated working hours in well built offices also draw this risk Allowance in the Duty Battalions. We General Duty staff who work in the ground who faces the risk sent frequently here and there for duties and get the same allowance as our clerical staff who work inthe Office. Also in other forses like NSG also draw special allowance but they got the TA when they were sent for duties away from Posted HQ. Kindly inform me whether the Decision of Dept and MHA is correct as per rule and how and where we can submitt this Grievance.
