Respected sir,
a person was forcibly entered into house by giving threat that if you cant come with us i will tear blouse of my wife and implicate you in false case and taken signature on papers and throw out of the home, and complainant is homless, in august 2011 a private complaint was lodged u.s 384, 452, 406 and magistrate direct u.s 202 for investigation, but the police replied complainant not found from 4 months, the accused managed the police station till the report is pending by police please guide me can i file complaint u.s 145 cr.p.c now guide me

The qeury is vague. It does not indicate for whose benefit the person was working. It is least likely that some staranger may just enter into house, throw you out and then diappear. You have much more facts which are not revealed. If the allegation are true and other facts are not against the applicant you may go ahead. In addition since outraging modesty of woman was also alleged you canmove to NCW.

i with the homeless person, who thrown out of the house after threat from person(husband) who gave threat that i will tore blouse of my wife if you not come with me
