Delay in passing order in misc. appl.by hon.judge.

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 02 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir(s),
The Hon'ble Judge of Dist & Sess.Court is not passing the order even after hearing arguments by all parties involved. Its almost 4 months, (that he has heard arguments) without any holidays in between.
Its the case of appeal on Commissioner's demolition order.(unauthorized construction)
Can he take so long? What is the remedy?
Please guide.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 02 December 2011
There is no remedy against it except to wait.
As four months already passed ,he shall fix another date for rehearing the case.

whats the reason behind the long waiting.,?

whether its getting hearing dates or simply sleeping without adjourment also?
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 02 December 2011
File a writ under Article 227 seeking speedy disposal of the case.

Thanks for your prompt replies.
He is just sitting on it. It was told that he (judge) carried the file to his home. Now, the file is back, after 23/8/11 no dates were given & now posted on 13/1/12...
My relative is 79yrs & respondent2. We pleaded for, but in vain. GOD BLESS SUCH PEOPLE.. What else?
Sorry for comments!!

dont know that 13.1.2012 for what?

if its await for judgement mean just be patient, or for any other clarification mean just file an advance hearing petition.,
