Land owner ship transfer procesdure

Sir,

Earlier there was old house which is demolised That old hose land divided . In one part i build up new house In my new house i have to do renovation interiors. I apply Housing loan. but bank rejected because of land 7/12 registraion my dad Uncle name even New house municipality registerion it is my name. I want to make it is on my name for housing loan My dad cousin don,t have any objection, can please let me know what is procedure for transfer name. what formality i have to need to do. Is it any properity tax to pay for land registertion on 7/12 my name

They have to relinquish their rights over the property by executing the regd., rights relinquish deed.

i also agree.so far things were done by understanding now with same understanding your dad cousin is required to execute a deed called relinquishment deed to the effect that he has ceased to have any right or title or interest over area acquired by you for house,then on basis of that deed you shall apply for change of records 7/12.
