498a - character allegation on wife

Hi

My wife has lodged false dowry and beating 498A etc. complaint against me in women cell.

She left me 2 months back with her parents. Before that also, she was missing for one month and stayed outside without informing me or without my permission.

She has been missing one month earlier as well during Jan, 2011 and believe, she has some affair at office as well.

What should be my stand in women cell. Should i allegate her character or not. My relatives are advising me that I should only speak that i am ready to take my wife back at women cell and don't utter any single word regarding her character.

What i should do?

If your allegations are true then you should focus on it.

Did you ever filed any FIR when she left you with out address in past during Jan, 2011 or 2 months back,and do you have some evidence to impute that she has some affair at office as well.??????????????????????

You need to concentrate on her allegation made against you to which you need to deny in convincing way and to show by your conduct that you have no dispute with her.
