Dear Seniors,
Could you please explain what are the benefits which the employee is entitle if the " Disciplinary Authority " imposes the punishment of " Compulsory Retitement?

Employee is entitled for all retiral benefit available at the relevant time assuming that he has not completed his full tenure and has retired as on that date.

Dear Seniors,
If the employee suppose not completed 05 / 10 years got punishment as Compulsory Requirement
In the above case does delinquent employee entitle to claim " Gratuity / Pension " respectively ?

Dear Prashant,
Ref: your supplementary query, the ehe compulsorily retired Government servant would be eligible for prorata pension only if he has already completed 10 years or more service. However, if he has not completed 10 years of service he would be entitled only to the service gratuity based on the last emoluments.
