When a co-owner give Power of Attorney in favour of another C-owner, can lease agreement can be made in the name of single co-owner?

What is the format of Power of Attorney when a single co-owner make lease agreement with lessee in the case of joint co-ownership property like wife and husband?

lease agreement can be made on behalf of co owner who has executed the PA in favour of co-owner, but he cannot exeute the lease agreement as if he is single owner.

It is possible that either the wife or the husband can execute a Power of Attorney in favour of the husband or wife as the case may be.
The said Power of Attorney can execute a Lease Deed for the property.
But he has to execute the Lease Deed both in his own capacity and in his capacity as a Power of Attorney of his wife.

a co-owner did not give power of attorney in favour of another co owner.even the lease agreement also.
