myself karina, my husband wants divorce from me. but i dont want divorce. now he is living in relationship with his friend & i want my rights. how can i claim him for that

Yes you can for your rights under numerous Acts like Section 125 crpc, section 12 of DV Act or even 498A IPC.

If he is living with you then file RCR petition under section 9 of HMA.Also file for maintenance if you think so,
