common area for parking

A promoter marking on a common area for parking (we paid for super build up area,but is it possible that builder can sale common area as parking), what should our action on the spot? Before that we send a mail to the promoter but he didn’t response.

No body has any individual rht over the common are except to use the same in common with other owners.

So what the promoter is doing is purely illegal.
To counter that the most cost effective method would be to file complaint u/s 122 of the Consumer Protection Act and to pray for interim injunction about such demarcation or transfer till disposal the case.
