Dear Expert,

Any body hire a surrogate mother in India. It legal or not?

If legal?

What legal grounds do I have to make sure she can not keep the baby?
Any legal contract has to sine before conception or after giving birth? Will this contract stand up in court?

If I am right, It is not declared as illegal.

Yes it is very much legal and before underoin such practice one must enter into a detailed agreement.Do take help of a professional.

Take a clear-cut and comprehensive agreement to avoid complications in future. It is not anything illegal or outlawed.
