sir/madam

my wife has filed d.v. with many false allegations

that the compalint under d.v. act is attached with oath with the heading of VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION

taht the oath is not with the heading of AFFIDAVIT

question is
what will be the tenability of crpc 340 to file perjury case against her on verification and confirmation

is there any legal bounding interpretatin of affidavit vs verification and confirmation?

YOU MAY KINDLY NOTE THAT MOST OF THE ACTS ARE IN FAVOUR OF MARRIED WOMEN.HENCE IT IS ADVISIBLE TO KINDLY BE CALM AND QUITE AND CONFIDENTLY DEFEND THE MATTER IN THE COURT.
YOU MAY FILE A WRIT PETITION FOR QUASHING THE FALSE COMPLAINT FILED AT LOWER COURT.

Those are technical mistakes only which does not attract the provision u0s 340 of crpc. Moreover that defect can be cured also with the leave of the court.
