What is the law of Natural Justice?
Chanchal Nag Chowdhury (Expert) 03 October 2010
Natural Justice is a rule of judicial procedure whereby Justice should not only be done but also be seen to be done e.g. before pronouncing a judgment, all parties must be given reasonable opportunity of placing their case.
s.subramanian (Expert) 03 October 2010
Justice is of two kinds. one is legal justice which is rendered on the basis of the codified laws of the land. the other is natural jusitce which is based on morality, equity, fariness and good conscience. The basic principles of natural justice are :- i) no one shall be condemned unheard.
ii) there shall not be bias in rendering justice.iii) no one can be a judge in his own cause.

Ofcourse. Natural justice mean, everybody equal before law.. For example.. Prosecution case may be alleged one.. For that only if you got punishment mean its wil not be nature of justice.. Even you are accused, court of law wil give chance to you to prove your case.. If you failed mean then only you wil be punished.. Same condition to civil side also.. Except some circumstances court wil not pass any orders immediatly in favour to the plaintiff..

Kirti Kar Tripathi (Expert) 03 October 2010
natural justice are those fundamental rules which in essence denote fair play in action . they prevent the rights of persons against arbitrary procedure followed by any judicial or quasi-judicial authority. The basic theory behind natural justice is that justice should not only be done but seem to be done.there are three rules which form basic principle of natural justice;hear the other side; no one shall be a judge in his own cause and rule against bias i.e one should not sit with a prejudiced mind.in any case they should be followed if they are denied to any person it results in miscarriage of justice. to an extent they guarantee equality.
