Whether Rejoinder is always in the form of Affidavit or supporting affidavit is required?

(Querist) 26 September 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,
I am still not clarified with the query that for filing rejoinder before District Court whether Rejoinder application to be made along with supportive affidavit
or Rejoinder affidavit is to be made and drawn up in the first person (in which every page is attested by oath commssioner)

In High court Rejoinder affidavit is only accepted and I am not sure about the District Court where petitioner is asked to file the rejoinder only rather than Rejoinder affidavit?

The rejoinder necessarily means rejoinder with affidavit.

There is not much difference between the two.

you can file the rejoinder which is supported by an affidavit or in alternate you also filed an application for taking the rejoinder on record which is supported by affidavit in all the condition there is no need to filed the rejoinder in the shape of affidavit
