Tips to get Early Disposal of Cases ????

Can you please give some general tips to me,a layman litigant, for avoiding delay and getting early disposal of my court case ???

1.Not to adjourn the dates of hearing too often.
2. Oppose any such attempt by the other party.
3.Not challenging the orders in the higher forum too many times.
The list is long and not exhaustive.

if you feel the case is pending for much time, better to approach High Court to get order for early disposal of the case
