Yes, but in Review the Court hardly makes any changes and that too only if the provisions for Review is strictly applicable.

Yes. There is a provision for review. But it can be invoked only in cases where there is an error apparent on the face of the record in the impugned order.If such an error is not there, no review lies. Even a decision which is erroneous on a question of law will not be a ground for review.
