I m a Chartered Accountant.My friend met with an accident and he killed one man by the car and that man was died.My friend is in the Jail. So please give me some suggestion to save my friend in this situation.

A criminal case under Sec.304 A of I>P>C> would have been registered against your friend. Move for bail immediately. The rest you can plan afterwards.

your friend is entitled to bail, get him released on bail instantly and pursue the trial as per law.

file a bail application. No doubt bail will be granted to him.
Entrust the case to an advocate he will file a bail application along with the advcancement application to advance the case.

it is a case u/s 304-4 IPC. file a bail application before the magistrate court and get your friend released on bail.
it is only a bailable of fence and the maximum punishment is 2 years. so, you ought to have obtained bail on the spot itself, provided you had sufficient sureties.
