Second Beanch appeal

(Querist) 28 July 2010 This query is : Resolved 
Sir,
I have file petition against my neighbor regarding property at Karnataka Civil court.
Since, Case is in the final stage, Judge will issue the Judgment copy on 30th of this month.
Sir I want to know that if I lose the case than what is next procedure for appeal in higher bench.
Now it is in civil court bench No.1. I want to also know that what is time limit for filing the appeal for higher bench. How long this second appeal will run. What documents to be submitting for this second appeal?
Plssssssssssss tell me the details.

If you lose your case then you shall have to file appeal against that order within a period of 30 days to District Court of your area and only the copy of judgment and decree shall suffice and no more documents are required to be annexed thereto. The appeal shall not be second rather it shall be called First appeal and it shall take lesser period than taken by trial civil judge.

Time limit for appeal-30 days
Time limit for 2nd.appeal to HC-90days.
Running time of 2nd.appeal--Contact a good Astrologer.
Documents to be submitting for second appeal-Certified copy of the decree of both the courts below.
