My brother got the compassion money from land acquisition office of grand father and grand mother purchased land.He didn't give me my share money though I am the youngest daughter of my died parents. Now my question is either I can claim. Of my share or not.? Kindly help me.

Without the clear details of your query we can not able to give your suggestions. Based on your query your brother got share of your Grand father's property if then you also have right over the same .you consult local lawyer and get the suggestion and advise act accordingly

On what basis land acquisition officer passed award of property belonged to your grand parents in favour of your brother? Whether your grand parents bequeathed the Property to your brother through will and on basis of the said document your brother got the award ? Clear all facts.

Query is not clear. Grandfather or grandmother's property inherited your father, when it was acquired ? However you can raise an objection to the land acquisition department and you can file a suit for declaration and recovery of money against your bother in a civil court.

Yes. In whose name is the property either by your grandfather or grandmother or both? What about your parents? How many siblings have you? Obtain the details from the Land Acquisition Officer (Land Acquisition Tahsildar) or District Collector using RTI.
