If you don't want to live with her except divorce there is no other way.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 01 May 2015
"i dont want to file any case against and also dont want to live with her. what shd i do?"

do not file any case and do not live with her.

You have not sought any legal point to reply.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 02 May 2015
No body can force to live with her if you do not want. let her proceed with the cases against you.
Nadeem Qureshi (Expert) 02 May 2015
there is no other option except divorce case, but if you are not willing to file any case then live separately with her, nobody force you to live with her.

Q) if after mutual consent divorce wife remarry take away son of from first marriage. can father claim for custody of his son
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 04 May 2015
You better try for mutual consent divorce and also come to an agreement about the child's custody, if she is not okay with it, file a divorce case and also a child custody case separately.

Q)if wife file domestic voilence in 2011 & after that compromise is done in supreme court after staying for two years with husband she again file domestic voilence. does her case weightage is less?
Guest (Expert) 08 May 2015
Your question, "IF wife file domestic voilence in 2011 & after that compromise is done in supreme court after staying for two years with husband she again file domestic voilence. does her case weightage is less" is quite premature and has no relevance, if she has not filed any such case so far. There is no question of supposition "IF", as all that depends upon the grounds shown in the new petition, if she actually files any. Better come to this forum only with the ground of the petition, only if and when she files any case against you.

Q)my wife files domestic voilence in 2011 and after reconcilation in supreme court she return back in 2013. now again she files domestic voilence .does this make her case weak?
Guest (Expert) 08 May 2015
Any purpose of repetition of your question, when your question has already been replied?

If yours is not an academic query and she has really filed a case of domestic violence, better state the grounds of dv stated the previous case as well as in the present case along with the views of your own lawyer.

this is not the proper way you are replying my query dhingra saab
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 08 May 2015
This is a free advisory forum and experts are using their own time, electricity and net connection to reply these queries.

SO there is no need to teach the experts as to what is proper and what is not proper way to reply the queries.

The case has gone to Supreme court which means you have about 20 Kg papers and want one liner reply which should suit you.

Mr. (pseudonymous) Love,

If you feel, this is not the proper way I replied your query, you are welcome to advise me what is the proper way to reply your query?

By the way, what type of objection you have, if I have asked you "se of domestic violence, better state?"

Your hesitation to reply my query in itself is a proof of your query being an academic query, as you don't seem to have any background of any of the two cases. If you have really any such case existing, why not stated the facts?

My advice to you, charity seekers, like you, should not dictate terms to charity givers, as to how they should give charity.
