Theft case registered U/S 379,380,384,392,442,447,448,506

Dear Experts,
My in-laws n some henchman came to my home in my absence and did theft my study certificates, passport, experience letters, gold and cash.

FIR also got registered but accused refuse to give my belongings...police not taking any action against them...SHO of police saying they 'll serve 41a crpc...!!!does it happen in theft case???
Plz advice how to get my belongings...

If police is not registering FIR, you may approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 156(3) CrPC.

FIR got registered...my in-laws refuse to give my belongings...police saying we cannot help u in this case bolke...agar wo return karne se we 'll inform u bolke police said...free advice frm police apply for duplicate certificates n apply passport.
