I have purchase one land in ABCD town . But due to disturb of broker, I have kept one CARE TAKER who is staying there around 08year. How can I protect the land so that care taker can not claim the ownership of the land

He is only the care taker he cannot claim any tittle over that.

But it occurred many times that the Care taker forcibly claim ownership of the land and refused to vacant the land. ultimately matter goes to the court.So how can I protect the land so that care taker can not claim the ownership of the land in future

Have you proof of appointing him as care taker and having proof of payment of his remuneratio----------No
Have your name exist in all revenue record?-----------No
Have you got proper title deed of the property in your name?---------------------------No
But as per information received One of the care taker near to our place start threatening to the lord and occupy the land in ABCD town. Please help me what are legal document to be kept signed by care taker so that if such situation arises then court will instruct the police to get out the care taker from my land as per signed legal document
