Expert,

I am 38 years old, working in an IT organization. I am an Engineer with MBA degree. I would like become a lawyer.
I want to do part time or correspondence course so that I can enrol in Bar Coucil and appear in courts. Please advise.

by doing correspondence LL.B course u cannot get enrolled as an advocate with any bar council and thus question of legal practice also does not arise.

Regular course need to be attended. Evening colleges are eligible. Delhi University has evening law colleges one of these is situated at Dhola Kuan (ARSD College Campus).
