Reinstatement after resignation

sir plz answer the query . i worked in a semi autonomous bank for 4.5 years and resigned to join civil serrvice but i had submitted a bond with the bank to serve for 5 years otherwise i had to pay them the training cost , which i never paid even after banks persistence for some time . now after 3.5 years on account of dissatisfaction ,i want to be reinstated in bank on previous terms and conditions and want to avail the seniority of that 4.5 years . is it possible
if yes , what should be the procedure

Sorry, you have missed the bus and now without the consent of bank which is unlikely you can not return back.

No way, except to apply a fresh, provided you are still eligible as per prescribed age condition.

No legal remedy. Purely at the will of the bank in which u worked previously. Since there is an unsettled dispute about the bond and since u were selected to civils and come back to the bank, you should ask for personal hearing with the top boss of that bank and represent your matter. There is some chance that they may take you afresh if you are interested. All depends upon how u represent your case before the top boss if u are granted personal hearing.
