sir,

my father got one properties from court order
before 20 years back.we have no original documents. my father only having court judgment copy.

still my father not registered in registration departments.

pls give the procedure for registration

He need not do anything except for applying for Mutation from the concerned Municipality.

if it was a decree of possession,then it needed execution by court,check it or else it may be fatal.
