what is required is a strong evidence for proving the legally enforceable debt. If you have proved it,you will succeed.

without going through your cross examination, can not say but chances are there for your your success if u proved the liability of the accused person.

untill u tell us the defence taken by the accused can not help u much but still as presumpyion is in ur favour u can win.

Only the scanning of examination of witnesses from both sides could help to decide the prospect of the case.
