Dear sir / madam,
My father sold in his father property ( My grandfather ). I did not sign in donor side. But I have signed in witness side. That time my age is 26th . now can I clime of my share in my grandfather property. If I clime, is it legally correct or not?

Your signature as witness makes the said deed executed with your consent.
Now you can do nothing to claim your share in it.

Mr. Bala,
Your facts are not complete.
First and foremost please say how you have any share in your father's (grand father's) property?
Only then the question whether you can claim it or not in the fact situation which you revealed will arise. Otherwise not.
First reveal the complete details about the property in question.

THOUGH QUESTIONS RAISED BY Mr.Ramachandran are right but even if we presume that it was a property in which you had share you by witnessing the deed have stopped your self in law to make any claim in future from buyer of your father. The witnessing would now play role of estoppel against you.
