my question----

1. can my wife access my bank a/c balance

2. and if yes... then how to protect my hard earned property from my wife's reach

she knows my PAN numbr

Bank is liable to maintain secrecy of your a/c.

Bank shall share if there is an order by court, law enforcement agency.

You can do whatever you want to do with your self acquired property ::: WILL/sell/gift/mortgage etc..........

Your lawyer would have advised you on your queries.

unless there is joined accounts if any., your wife can not access your individual accounts.

you have to defend your case for secure your assets and money.

apart from that as a husband, you are bound to maintain your wife and child if any..

aap sabhi ko dhanyabad... waise case tou abhi chal raha hai...

confusion abhi aur bhi hai....
