Proof for maintenance

My husband has quoted a lesser salary than he actually earns in his reply to my maintenance petition.

If your husband is an employee in any organisation, then that employer will issue pay certificate for the latest month. so ask them through your counsel. if they refuse to issue, use RTI. and also your counsel can ask it through the court.

Apply to the court to issue summons for production of salary details of your husband.
Your lawyer may issue notice u/o XII Rule 8 CPC to produce salary details

Thanks for the replies experts.

Since getting the details through his employer might take time and further delay the process, i wnated to know if i can submit the copy of his passbook that he himself had left behind in the house?
