Mediation is failed, now what?

(Querist) 02 May 2016 This query is : Resolved
Dear experts, recently, I went to mediation centre for divorce. But since my wife is asking huge maintenance for divorce, it is failed. Now I am planning for filing a case for divorce and child custody in my area. Child is 2 year old and wife is also healthy.
So if I start a case for divorce and custody, would it be transferred to her place if she requests to court? Is it possible? Please suggest. I am planning to start case in this weekend. Thanks in advance.

I have to travel 2700 km every time, and all allegations are completely false, there is no connection to truth. I saw her cruelty towards me in mediation centre, and hence I want to teach her a lesson. Please suggest your opinion as well for next step.

Case would be transferred if she get permission fro High court or Supreme Court.

Cruelty before mediation center may not be of much help.

Through away the idea of teaching a lesson to her, be calm and cool, try for amicable settlement, try to save the marriage.
