Hi Experts,
I am representing myself in court for my voidable of marriage case filed by my wife. Her cross-examination is done. Yesterday i was in court for more than 4 hrs and nobody had called me. Then i came to know that further hearing date has been given by judge as below.
"PNR for further evidence as a last chance call on xx-xx-2015"
Could you please let us know whether its for me to submit my evidence OR for my wife to submit her further evidence/witness.
Please do the needful in explaining above.

It is for your evidence. In future in stead of sitting silently inform the court officer of your presence and readiness to proceed with the case.

Its your turn for evidences.
In legal matters, its always advisable to hire a lawyer. you are free to handle your case and you can free to ask the court to understand the procedure.
but, again hire a lawyer, it will be for your good.

The is petitioner side further evidence as last chance. Are you the petitioner or the respondent? If you do not want to engage a lawyer, you can support outside the court on all such issues so that you dont remain understood or stranded.
