Informatory petition

(Querist) 26 April 2014 This query is : Resolved
Good Day sir,
I wish to say that my wife(married since 4 years) is currently staying with me but we had a huge fight since she was feeding me something ( may be some "Prasad" or something else) which I noticed and also i recorded her mobile call talking to her mom where mom is advising her how to mix that substance into water/milk/food. Recently after coming from her "Mayka" she
had some fight on this issue and then she was leaving the house in the evening time which we did not allow and I called her father that he must take his daughter to his home as this kind of drama will not be
entertained. Then the next morning her dad called me and told me that do not harrass my daughter and she has left behind 3 letters on 3 dates and falsely narrated that we have been harrassing her.Later next day her father came and we discussed all these things and I mentioned all these
happenings and I said If she had feeded me that so called "Prasad" or in my term "slow poison" by making me aware, then this situation had not come only. All these phone calls and discussions are recorded by me.For ur information we have a kid - 1.3 years old.

My query -
1> Is it possible to make a informatory petition in the court of CJM ?

2> Will it safeguard me in case if she makes a false case against me e.g.
domestic violence or in the worst case of suicide(very very less likely!!!!)? I can vouch that there is no domestic violence attampted against her till now and will not even in future.
3> Will these recorded phone calls and discussions be of any help for me in case of any bad legal situation?

please advise.

1) how can you say that prasad contains poison ? have you tested the prasad ?

2) unless you are able to substaniate your allegations dont make any statement without proof .

3) it may because of health reasons she may be taking advice of her mother how to make the prasad more tasty .

4) recorded telephone calls will help you in case there is any evidence of poison being mixed in prasad . as on date you have no evidence of same .

5) in the event your wife files Dv case contest case on merits
