Good evening everyone..
I have been facing a false rape and dowry case due to a matrimonial dispute. I am on court bail. Always abided the bail conditions.
Now the problem is that the person who has put allegations on me is sending complaint letters to politicians, Govt bodies and even in my department stating highly objectionable content and allegations. She has even sent copy of FIR and statement under 164 crpc without even masking /hiding the identity.
My questions:
1. Can she post such letters wherein FIR and 164 crpc statement be attached?
2. Can I take any action like criminal defamation as her letters are really damaging my already deplorable image?
3. Any remedies in above situation!!!!

Thanks Isaac Gabriel sir... I am discussing the same with my lawyer, however as society has some preset sympathy with female members of society so I was just apprehensive about it. Moreover , her such loose acts are diminishing my image in my workplace and locality.

Well advised and agree with Mr.Isaac Gabriel. Your Advocate could submit the details of such activities with proof in the Court your Case is going on. If you just ignore all her attempts like this obviously she would become tired and fed up.

Hello,
All the attempts of your wife sending complaints letters to politicians and your department annexing the FIR are acts of defamation and cruelty. If your wife fails in her false complaints then you will get benefits of the same. You can ask your advocate to take legal action against your wife for her activities.

Sirish Panwar sir, actually marriage didn't take place. She has filed complaint under rape n dowry charges. I am on Anticipatory bail. Case is going on ....now she has written letter to governor, minister, govt. Officials enclosing FIR, CRPC 164 STATEMENT... I AM VERY STRESSED DUE TO FUTURE DEPARTMENTAL ACTION.
PLS SUGGEST SOME REMEDY

How does a "matrimonial" dispute arose without a "marriage" as stated by you ?
What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged/ paid by you who is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case, an able, competent and intelligent enough to satisfy your questions ?
However, if you have lost faith in your lawyer change him /her immediately.
You have concealed your identity therefore, do not deserve any further obligation.
It will be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ docuemtns, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
