Sir I worked at Sahara India but I resigned on dated 18/02/2016 company release my PF but not release gratuity till date.
2) my salary is already release by company but local branch not paid my salary due to fund problem.
So what I do

Apparently there is NO funds problem, since Funds to pay salary did exit and were released.
The funds supplied to pay salary (your salary) should not have been used for any other purpose.
Hope you have a communication ( on record; written/recorded) in the regard that funds to pay salary have been released to Local office (Branch)…………………………and from Branch that there is a funds problem.
You may write under proper acknowledgment to good offices of office/officer that disburses salary, appointing authority, MD.
Thereafter you may also write to Manager/In Charge of Local Office.

Download Gratuity Rules and submit requisite form for payment of Gratuity, under proper acknowledgment............and mention that ' Notice of Determination of Gratuity' and payment of Gratuity has not been supplied till date.
It is FormI as per Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.
You should be eligible for interest i.e. 10%pa as per Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 if Gratuity is not paid within 30days from LWD.

I have already send many letter from company directors for my gratuity claim but no response their ends we have received salary payments.
