Exparte Divorce

My Wife Filed Ex Parte Divorce Case against me on 26-10-2010. After that i m not attand any hearing of court. I m received the notice of court that if you are not coming on 25/5/2011 in the court you are ex parte. But not i m checking on the internet court is give me next date 7/7/2011 and after this date next date is 16/8/2011. I want to know how much time left for divorce. Please help me.

if u do not go next time then it will be decided without you.
also alimony demanded may be granted.

it means mr. u want divorce than why not u attend the court are r u fear of that.
it is important to know what kind of prayer has been asked by in the divorce petition.
as mr. K.R. iyer has stated alimony may be asked which u not able to pay and that order is passed by the court

If you are not perturbed for ex parte divorce then why are you asking for time for that.

The court can wait till it is satisfied that the service of summons is completed.

It may be any time or no time at all.some time dates proceed as no time left due to other cases,if you do not want to delay,appear and contest.

My Wife is come back to me without withrow the divorce case. Know she is give me in written what she is did is false. She did not do anything in future like this. know how we can withrow the divorce case please help me asap.
