one peraon filed an certified copy of judgement passed by revenue court in the civil court suseqwently he obtained a certified copy from certified copy which was filed in civil court what is the evidentary value of that copy can he obtain judgment in his fever?

there can not be certified copy of a certified copy.

The certified copy of an order of a Revenue Court was obtained and marked in a Civil Court. Then it is an exhibit marked in a Civil Court of which a certified copy can be obtained. This certified copy ight have been filed in another Court.

No, not possible,no court can issue a certified copy of a certified copy.one can only get certified copy of a original document.

hi, the certified copy filed in the civil court must be mark as exhibit and then the certified copy of that exhibit is obtain in ur case. it has a evidentary value. but succeding on the basis of that copy can only be possible if that copy is having something substatial to support his case.
