Kindly suggest me questions to be asked in cross examination

I need to cross examine a head clerk in a murder case who sent dresses of the accused, blood stained soil sample, weapon used in murder to forensic department to get the detailed statement.

Querist, cross examination is not that simple and one has to mastered various subjects. Examination of the clerk is crucial, but will be limited as to the role that he played as stated by you.However, question can not be forecast, and everything depends on how he deposed in the court. and his previous statements made before the investigating officer will have to be looked into, as such there can not be any preparation of prior questions, as what to ask in cross. Better be guided by expert criminal lawyer.
