Dear Mr. Parshant,

As you are aware the plaintiff may withdraw his suit any time in terms of order XXIII CPC whereas, shall not apply for dismissal as stated by you.

Once the case file has been sent to Record Room, the court has no say in change of its record/annexture/document, however, OIC Record is fully responsible for its safe custody during the intervening period i.e., till it is weeded out and destroyed.

In case you have observed any/some of the document/record/annexture changed/replaced submit an application supported by evidence and an affidavit to the District Judge or Officer in-charge Records.

Warm regards
