Change in Remuneration of Partners

We partners have a mutually agreed to revise the remuneration of the partners.
The question is
1. Value of Stamp paper on which the supplementary deed of the Partnership deed will be executed.?
2. Whether the supplementary deed needs to be Norarised or is it optional to do so.?

Note : The main deed contains a provision that partners remuneration can be revised with the mutual consent of parties from time to time
Note: Previously only 2 parterns were entitled to remuneration but now all three partners will be entitled to remuneration.

Harrasment by neighbour on parking issue.

Dear Advocates,
Please accept greetings by my side.
I need your valuable guidance in the below matter:
1) My uncle who lives in a multistoried apt. owns 07 stilt parking space covered by patra in the roof. The parking space was purchased by my uncle from the developers and it is significant to note that the electrcity meters of bldg. flats are randomly installed in the said parking spaces since inception.
2) It is clear that as the parking space owned by my uncle he has full right to install to arrange for safety of the said parking spaces.
3) A few days ago my uncle had started work of affixing iron grills in the said parking as to prevent any mishap due to Electricity meters but his one of his neighbour who is also a local self proclaimed leader of area has came there and created a huge scene by obstructing my uncle from installing the grills as the parking space has become a public property because of electricity meters.
4) In addition to this he also filed complaints at municipality and police station and police and municipal employees have visited at my uncles flat but after I have showed them all the papers they returned at the same time.
5) Sir, still the neighbour is constantly planning new strategies to harrass my uncle only to satisfy his ego. He even had said that "I will make you to touch my feet" my uncle is layman and therefore I request you to provide remedy in this matter.

How share is calculated in ancestral land with a building?

Land is ancestral for "GG (great grandfather)". GG built a building on this land with 12 flats out of which 3 were sold to strangers between 1965-1975. 6 flats came to share of 6 sons of GG(1 flat to each son). In rest of the 3 flats each son has 1/6th share.

The 3 flats which were sold to strangers by GG were again sold to new strangers between 2004-2009.

Now my questions are as follows:

1) Can a great grandson of GG born in 2002 reclaim share in any of these 3 flats which are now owned by strangers? (grandson of one of the son of GG)

2) How is the share in the land only (not building) calculated for the 6 sons of GG?

3)Do the strangers who own 3 flats out of 12 own share in the land as well?

Thanks

Jaya

Mimnimum wages

when analyzing adherence to Minimum Wages as per govt notifications, what amount should be compared with statutory notification - the basic and vda component or the gross salary. Illustrative Case:: a security guard is paid 5000 as basic + da and 3000 as other allowances = gross 8000. the relevant Minimum wages for Security guard of that category and region as notified by CLC is 5200 (Basic + VDA). Is the payment being made to the security personnel in violation of Minimum wages Act.

thanks & regards
