Entry tax

(Querist) 11 March 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,

Petrolium products is under Entry tax, but we brought Recycle oil from our supplier, He paid entry tax for importing Raw materials, after recycling he supplied us as recycled oil. It's attar act's again entry tax? He is able to provide form 40? we are skip from Entry tax?

same product cannot be taxed twice is the principle under same classification that way art 265 can apply!
