In a civil proceeding my opponent put a document intentionally wrongly translated (from a local language to hindi) which I came to know late but the case proceedings are still continuing so what kind of application I can put before judge to attract his attention about that mischievous of my opponent which he did for his personal gain ...

You can file additional documents at any stage of the proceedings with the leave of the court, but you have to show cause to the satisfaction of the court for the delay in filing the documents at an earlier stage.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 19 October 2023
If you think that your opponent has filed false and fabricated documents in case then you can disprove the documents by submitting oral and documentary evidence.you need not to submit any application.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 20 October 2023
The falsity of the document can be extracted at the time of cross examining the opponent when he relies upon the said document as his side exhibit.
You can instruct your advocate about it in advance.

What is the stage of the proceedings? The onus rests with the party who has produced the document to prove that the translation is true and correct.
