sir,
ek fake accusation mein dhara 452 lgayi gyi h, custody se bchne ko anticipatory bail apply krne ka ucchit samay kya hoga ?
1st summon date next week h.
plss anticipatory bail se related jankaari se awgat krayein!

sir hmne quash k liye b apply kr rkha h nd they(fake complainer)got noticed too...
ab aage kya krna h dnt knw... sahi samay kya hoga anticipatory bail k liye sir...?

Now since a criminal complaint is filed against you,samay hee samay hai.Whenever you like you file application provided the offence charged is exclusively triable by a sessions judge..

Hi,
I doubt if anticipatory bail can lie for offence under Section 452 IPC.You better surrender before trial court if your advocate advises...usually the court accept bail bond in private complaints unless circumstances other wise require..

sir am bit confused here,
after filing a chargesheet to the lower court....hme anticipatory bail milegi ya nhi...this wil work or not...?

sir, under sec 452 mein judge ko convince krne m hand to hand bail mil jaiegi on showing good merits or it wil not tht mch easier .
one more question sir agr bail naa mili toh kitne din custoday mein rehna pad sakta h??? plsss btaiega
