Hi All

thanks for the your response.

Can you please clarify.

what is difference between registered will and un registered will.

Courts will considered registered will or unregistered will as final will in case of dispute

for example.
if I register will and a fake will is created after my will which is valid?

for example
register will is created on 1-nov-2014
and normal unregister will is created on 1-jan-2015. which is valid?

If the propounder of the WILL datad 1.1.2015 is able to successfully establish and prove the genuineness of the same to the satisfaction of the Court, then the WILL dated 1.1.2015 will prevail.

Latest will would be valid whether registered or unregistered.
