(Querist) 29 November 2015 This query is : Resolved
My client have business of trading diamond ornaments and in this business there are no bills and other legalities follows, my friend did loss due to his payment not recover from his customer.
he need six months to pay his debt to suppliers eventhough his payment not recover from the customer whom he sold the ornaments.
One advocate has adised him to lodge civil application or arbitration and pay through court so the supplier can not lodge any criminal complaints
what is advisable

When no legalities are followed in your business, you may not have enough recourse to law. Legal process would not be of much help as evidence would not be available.

Take some other non-legal recourse for this purpose.
