The hasband of the wife has expired and then the wife filed dv against the family of the thusband for maintainance
Need help and judgements favouring respondents that she cannot claim maintainence from them

The wife and children and mother of husband being legal heir have share in his estate.

Wife can press this right.

Yes Kumar Doab is right.

However if the stakes are more you can take counter action for which you will need an expert advocate.
