Transfer in probation period

I am working as a junior assistant in prisons in AP prisons department. I am in a probation period period and I would like to transfer to another through deputation letter as mother health is not well. Is there any chance to transfer

Take help of some senior, knowledgeable colleague to understand your service rules and submit request narrating reasons under proper acknowledgment.

Yes.It is not a legal problem. The appointing authority may consider if there is any vacancy for which you are requesting for deputation. appraise your problem to the authorities and if necessary to the next higher authority.

Being on probation in seeking or being transferred. But everything depends upon exigencies of service.

If the service rules have the scope and the authorities have the discretion they may decide....
