Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 November 2017 This query is : Resolved
After working for about 2yrs and few months, I absconded from my previous company (say c1) in August 2009 I.e 8 years ago. During this time of 8 yrs I am working in a company (say c2) who accepted me with just a resignation letter from my earlier company.
Just wanted to check if anything can be done in this case as the prospective new required the reliving letters from all the previous employers.

Can a lawyer send legal notice through email? 2 years ago 13 Replies Report Ujjwal Student Points: 69 sir/mam whether a lawyer can send legal notice via email instead of speed post? Reply Quote Like Send msg 2 years ago NATARAJAN IYER Proprietor Likes: 66 Points: 1314 Technically speaking, the answer is YES. A BIG YES. Provided he mentions his BAR COUNCIL ENROLLMENT NUMBER. Say for instance, within Karnataka, the format of an enrollment number would be KAR / / This is to enable you to confirm with the Bar records, easily available, if he is indeed an advocate. When he sends it by regular post, it would be on his letter-head, although in purely technical terms, he has to mention his enrollment number in any and/ or every communication that leaves his desk with his stamp of an advocate. It is purely professional and 100% technical.

It would be better if the expert would have posted / contributed for the thread rather to go on posting just to satisfy his ego / irritation / frustration / showing his mentality.

Forum would not gain anything from comments by experts on other experts / contributors.

If do not know the meaning of insult consult dictionary. Do not use in wrong reference / place.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 18 November 2017
Some experts post multiple posts shows their extreme frustration / level of knowledge. / standard of mutual respect.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 18 November 2017
More vague / unwarranted / irrelevant / posts.

Neither it is a good habit nor requirement of the thread to comment on others.

Experts should try to be sober.
