tenent not paying the rent since last seven months so a notice has been given but the tenent vacate the shop without telling the landlord and all the electric fitting was removed by the tenent.I contact him but he didn't replied. the shop is open and court first dete is on 23 jan.

This is A Police Complaint Matter and Not a Court Case Issue.

If electric fittings have been removed, report the matter to the police.

Even due to non payment of rent it may take years to get the premises vacated.

Now either to leave the matter for ever or file case to recover the pending rent from him with compensation of loss in fitting. Again it may take years.

You must have reported the matter of theft to police.
