Succession certificate

Hi we reside at Ahmedabad my father expired 4 months back without will, we have property in Delhi now I want that to get mutated in my as well as in my mother name. Property is leasehold. Should I take legal heir certificate oriental succession certificate. What would be cost.

Seems to be simple matter of inheritance/Intestate Succession.

It is believed that there is NO dispute.

Authority may accept by requisite forms along with requisite docs e.g; Legal heir certificate,death certificate, etc............

Thx... but only obtaining legal heir certificate will do? As some Lawyers have told me to get succession certificate. What is the cost to obtain succession certificate. There is no dispute in property.

The general procedure is that in matter of immovable property, heir-ship certificate required; succession certificate is required in respect of movable property.

You don’t need a lawyer to visit website or O/o Authority under whose jurisdiction property falls.

Obtain requisite forms, procedure and go thru it.
