Sub letting

I have already filed a case of eviction on tenant for Bonafide requirement. Tenant is now in process of sub-letting the shop by way of showing "Sham Partnership " without my permission . Tenant hass not paid rent for last 20 years.
what action should i take to stop this ?? ( I am from Maharashtra) Can I bring Stay order ?? can I ask not to issue shop act licence ? please advice , Thank you In advance

What action you have taken to realise the unpaid rent for last 20 years and what is the status of the Eviction case?

If the Eviction matter is pending, it is the conducting counsel who is the best person to advise in the instant case.

I Have filed the case about 8 months back , but still no hearing , on court website I read "Unready board" my lawyer says " Just take no action " as the property was in my late grandfather's name he was not accepting rent from tenant because tenant had rented same to subtenant under guise of partnership business. now old sub tenant has vacted , and tenant is in process to lease to another person with same modus operandi
